After watching "Synecdoche New York" I felt like I had to share my feelings with everybody.
The Oscar-nominated screenwriter has found a way to intelligently explore profound issues of life and death through a comedy. A sentimental, utterly distinctive, gloomy in a manner that the fans will recognise and adore, life-changing, extremely emotional, even depressing.
Different views have been expressed through the media as the film is a real "thinker".
From my point of view it's a real masterpiece that simply brings the main realistic concerns of the human existence, life and death, with a radical and surrealistic touch which some of you might love or hate.
Written, produced and directed by Charlie Kaufman, the guy who wrote "Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind". Featuring Philip Seymour Hoffman.. Say no more.
