Just 10 days ago I posted an article about the two greatest surfers ever to walk this earth. Yesterday night I found out by accident that one of them died 2 days ago. According to the information i came across Andy Irons died from dengue fever, a disease he had been battling with for years. He died at a Dallas hotel on his way back to Hawaii after withdrawing from a surf competition in Puerto Rico.The hotel employees that found his body also discovered painkillers and sedative drugs next to his bed, although the results of the coronary examination that was conducted are not yet published. Whatever the cause is it doesnt really make any difference since surfing lost one of his best ambassadors worldwide
